VODKA COCKTAILS

Bay of Passion

  • 30 mls (1 oz) 42BELOW Passion
  • 90 mls (3 oz) cranberry juice
  • 60 mls (2 oz) pineapple juice
  • 1 slice of ginger root, finely diced
  • Orange zest to garnish

Combine all in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.

Concubine

  • 30 mls (1 oz) 42BELOW Passion
  • 90 mls (3 oz) cranberry juice
  • 60 mls (2 oz) pineapple juice

Indian Runner

  • 45 mls (1 1/2 oz) 42BELOW Passion
  • 5 mls (1/6 oz) anise
  • 100 mls (3 1/3 oz) cranberry juice
  • 100 mls (3 1/3 oz) mango nectar

Fill a Collins glass with ice, add spirits, and pour in mango nectar. Top with cranberry ,juice, and garnish with an orange slice.

Paparazzo

  • 10 mls (1/3 oz) 42BELOW Passion
  • 10 mls (1/3 oz) Aperol or Campari
  • 20 mls (2/3 oz) guava nectar
  • Dash of sugar syrup
  • Prosecco or sparkling wine

Pour spirits, juice and sugar into a Champagne flute, and stir well. Tilt the flute on an angle, and gently top with Prosecco.

Paradise Oh

  • 30 mls (1 oz) 42BELOW Passion
  • 30 mls (1 oz) pineapple juice
  • 15 mls (1/2 oz) passionfruit puree or fresh pulp
  • 15 mls (1/2 oz) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • 4 pineapple chunks
  • Passionfruit half to garnish

Pour spirits, juice and sugar into a Champagne flute, and stir well. Tilt the flute on an angle, and gently top with Prosecco.

Passion & Tonic

  • 30 mls (1 oz) 42BELOW Passion
  • 3 good dashes of Angostura bitters
  • 150 mls (5 oz) 5 parts tonic water
  • Orange slice to garnish

Fill a short or tall glass with ice, and squeeze in orange. Add 42BELOW Passion, a dash of bitters, and top with tonic water. Stir and serve.

Passionate Cosmopolitan

  • 30 mls (1 oz) 42BELOW Passion
  • 15 mls (1/2 oz) triple sec
  • 15 mls (1/2 oz) fresh lime juice
  • 15 mls (1/2oz) cranberry juice
  • Orange zest to garnish

In a Mixing glass, combine 42BELOW Passion with juices and triple sec, and fill with ice. Shake heartily, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed orange zest.

The Passionate Bishop

  • 45 mls (1 oz) 42BELOW Passion
  • 15 mls (1/2 oz) passionfruit syrup
  • 15 mls (1/2 oz) fresh orange juice
  • Dash of fresh lemon juice
  • 150 mls (5 oz) 5 parts chilled Beaujolais or light red

In a mixing glass, combine 42BELOW Passion, syrup and juices, and fill with ice. Shake well, and strain into a large Wine glass filled with ice. Top with chilled red wine and stir to serve.
